How do I remove Assignment Organizer from my PC?

To remove Assignment Organizer from your computer do the following:

1. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel
2. Double-click Add / Remove Programs
3. Select Assignment Organizer from the list of programs
4. Click the Add/Remove... button and follow on-screen instructions

Assignment Organizer is refusing to run because I adjusted my system clock. How do I get it going again?

On the unregistered version of Assignment Organizer this problem can occur when you adjust your PC clock. Please contact us via the Registration / Download Problem support form and we will tell you how to correct this.

I'm not using the latest version of Assignment Organizer, how do I upgrade?

If you are using any version in the 3.x.y series you are eligible to upgrade to any other version in the 3.x.y series free of charge. Here's how to perform the upgrade:

1. If Assignment Organizer is running, close (exit) it
2. Download the latest version of Assignment Organizer from the download page
3. Install it onto your computer over the top of the old version by running (double-clicking) the downloaded file: assignmentorganizersetup.exe

Note: your existing license code information and assignment details will be preserved.

I've lost my license code information, please can you re-send me it?

I had to reformat my hard disk / re-install Windows. How do I get Assignment Organizer back on to my computer?

All that is needed is to re-install Assignment Organizer and re-enter you license information:

1. Download Assignment Organizer from the download page
2. Install it onto your computer
3. Run Assignment Organizer and when prompted, enter your license code information
